Well Played
KFC, Well Played!
I’m not
sure whether I would call it a ‘crisis’ per se, but certainly a major dilemma –
KFC in the UK ran out of chicken this week. Oh well, a bit of a cock up I guess.
But, their handling of the incident from an advertising perspective is what has
left its mark, and
in both
good humour and reasonable time too, KFC apologized to their customers for the
fowl situation.
Didn’t they
do well?
